Franchising

We’re always on the lookout for the perfect location for new Schlotzsky’s restaurants. To submit a site for consideration, please submit site info to realestate@schlotzskys.com.

Sponsorships

Each Schlotzsky’s restaurant and/or city determine their own donations and sponsorships. Please complete this Donation Request form along with a cover letter on your organization’s official letterhead and a copy of your 501(c)(3) certification (if applicable). Once completed, contact the local restaurant in your area or email to donationrequests@schlotzskys.com.

Please note – requests must be submitted at least eight weeks prior to your event. The submission of this request does not obligate Schlotzsky’s in any way or manner. Please direct your request to your local Schlotzsky’s restaurant for information about their charitable giving program. Many individual partners of Schlotzsky’s restaurants around the country are involved in their local communities.

Careers

Since most locations are individually owned and operated, you should contact the location you would like to work at directly and inquire with them regarding employment opportunities. You can also visit our Careers page for a list of openings at our Home Office in Austin.

Catering

Schlotzsky’s can handle any of your catering needs – from tailgates to birthday parties to business meetings and everything in between. Not a problem. Our menu offers a wide array of vegetarian and gluten-sensitive options at select locations. If you are unsure what to order, give our Catering Specialists a call. They are happy to help!

Variety is the spice of life, so we encourage trying a few different sandwiches. We have three types of sandwich trays, each with a variety of sandwich options. Check out the party trays or place your Schlotzsky's catering order now.

Absolutely! Life needs frosting, right? Most locations offer Cinnabon, so find your favorite Schlotzsky's restaurant with Cinnabon.

You will need to provide us with a copy of your tax exempt form before we can remove the tax from your order. Email the form to catering@schlotzskys.com, once we receive the form, we can change your account status to tax exempt and you won’t ever have to fool with that pesky thing again. Our super smart computer system will remember!

Bogo Wednesdays

All stores are participating in BOGO Wednesday, we have a select set of stores that are participating in BOGO Wednesday in app only. Service fee applies for in app and online orders.

You guessed it! Schlotzsky’s BOGO Wednesday offer is only available on Wednesdays.

The discount applies post-check out when you order online, the confirmation screen of your order will show the discount.

No, extra toppings or substitutions are not included in BOGO Wednesday.

No, only 1 offer can be redeemed per transaction. For example, if a guest redeems the BOGO Wednesday offer, then they cannot redeem a free entrée offer in the same transaction.

You can receive only one free pizza, flatbread, or calzone per transaction. For example, if a guest orders four eligible BOGO items, the guest will receive only one free item.

A customer cannot use his/her banked rewards with the BOGO Wednesday offer.

Yes, a customer can earn points on a purchase that utilizes the BOGO Wednesday offer.

Participating stores only. Available all day every Wednesday. Excludes kids pizzas.

Gift Cards

Schlotzsky’s Gift Cards and eGift Cards are available for consumer gifting and self-use and are available for bulk purchase  with a $500 minimum spend requirement. GoTo Foods gift cards are also available in a growing number of third-party retail locations, online marketplaces, and consumer incentive programs.

Schlotzsky’s Gift Cards and eGift Cards make an ideal customer or employee reward or incentive! We offer bulk discounts on orders starting as low as $500. You can register for a bulk account  here to begin saving today.

Cards purchased in our brand restaurants, bakeries, and shoppes are reloadable in-store only. Cards purchased at third party retail locations or at online marketplaces are not reloadable.

Your gift card balance can be checked online, in-store, or by calling Customer Service at 678-799-7415.

Schlotzsky’s Gift Cards are currently redeemable at participating Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister’s Deli, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Schlotzsky’s locations in the U.S. Gift Cards can also be redeemed online for Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister’s Deli, Moe’s Southwest Grill, and Schlotzsky’s, and in-app for Jamba, McAlister’s Deli, and Moe’s Southwest Grill.

No, PIN codes are required for online redemption of gift cards. If your card does not have a PIN, you can redeem it in a restaurant location or request a replacement card by calling us at 678-799-7415.

Schlotzsky’s Gift Cards cannot be refunded unless otherwise required by law. If your card balance falls below the requirement for cashback requirements in your resident state, please call Customer Service at 678-799-7415 to process your request. Cashback requests are processed via check and can take up to 2-3 weeks to be received.

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards. Please protect your Gift Card like cash. However, if you have proof of purchase, contact customer service at 678-799-7415 for assistance. With proof of purchase, we may be able to locate your original card number, cancel it and issue you a new gift card for that value.

At this time, Schlotzsky’s Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for merchandise.

At this time, Schlotzsky’s Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Catering orders for any of our brands.

Schlotzsky’s gift cards are sold online by CashStar, a Blackhawk Network business (“CashStar”).  When you click one of the links above to buy a gift card online, you are leaving our GoTo Foods brand websites and will be directed to a site operated by CashStar. Please review our Privacy Policy and CashStar’s Privacy Policy to understand how each of us use personal information.

Yes, Schlotzsky's gift cards can be applied towards online or Schlotzsky's app orders.

Schlotzsky's gift cards can be redeemed at participating Schlotzsky's stores locations. Simply present your physical card, printed eGift Card, or mobile device showing your mobile eGift Card at the time of payment. Gift cards can also be redeemed for desktop and mobile online orders by typing in the gift card number and PIN during checkout.

The amount paid by a gift card for a desktop or mobile online order will be credited back to the gift card account used for that order. If you did not save that gift card to your online ordering account and do not have a physical copy of that gift card, please call us at 888-330-4313 and we are happy to assist with issuing a replacement gift card.

When ordering a physical gift card online there may be applicable shipping charges.

No, Schlotzsky’s gift cards never expire.

Schlotzsky’s gift cards sold in Schlotzsky’s stores can be loaded for amounts between $5 and $100 and can be reloaded in-store to carry a maximum balance of up to $500. Schlotzsky’s gift cards sold on our website can be loaded for amounts between $5 and $200 and cannot be reloaded. Schlotzsky’s cards sold in third party retailers amounts will vary and cannot be reloaded.
